CheckPoint®
III Product Details
This diagram shows both the
Activator Label and the CheckPoint III label itself.

Both
labels can be handled like any normal adhesive label, and are supplied in
rolls of 5,000 labels on standard 3" cores with a transparent plastic
backing liner. There are no hubs supplied with the label rolls.
The
time-temperature function becomes active only when the Activator label is
positioned over the target zone as shown. We can configure CheckPoint
III with a different size and with different consumer advisory messages for
customers who qualify with volume purchases.
Lead time
for custom formulation of label response is 3-4 months. Lead time for
different sizes and label appearance modifications is generally one month or
less.
Shipping
is not included in the label pricing. There are no temperature or
other requirements for special shipping.
Please
call us for technical details of available types and time-temperature
characteristics.
CheckPoint® I
Technical Details
CheckPoint® I labels are
manufactured to order at our Malmö, Sweden location. They must be
transported by expedited service, and are packed with solid refrigerant
in an insulated container. All shipping costs are included
in the purchase price of the labels. They are supplied on standard
3" cores with cardboard hubs.
Lead time for a custom
formulation is at least three times the standard time run for a desired
label type. For example, if you are seeking a label with a time
run of 14 days at 4°C, then the lead time for obtaining test samples
would be 3 x 14 = 42 days. We will only custom formulate for
orders of sufficient size to justify the work of formulation. Many
standard types are available.
