Legal Statement and Product Limitations Warranty

General Statement

Vitsab® and CheckPoint® are registered trademarks of the Vitsab International. The Vitsab® and the CheckPoint® products are specifically designed to produce a time-temperature integration that can be useful for judging the freshness of various prepared and whole food items. These indicators cannot react to pre-existing conditions nor can they sense any non-temperature-related consequence that may affect food condition.

The product line is technical in nature, so selection of the particular parameters of a prospective product application should be done according to a full understanding of the underlying kinetic processes. Liability of the Vitsab International is limited in all circumstances to the cost of the label itself. Please refer to our product warranty (detailed below) for further details. Technical Data

All physical properties, statements, and recommendations are either based on tests we believe to be reliable or our experience, but they are not guaranteed. The Vitsab International recommends each user determine the suitability of the products for the intended use.

Warranty and Limited Remedy

THE FOLLOWING WARRANTY IS MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY ARISING OUT OF A COURSE OF DEALING, A CUSTOM OR USAGE OF TRADE:

Vitsab International warrants its product will be free from all defects. If a product is proved to be defective, then the exclusive remedy and the Vitsab International's and seller’s sole obligation shall be, at the Vitsab International's option, to replace the quantity of the product which is proved to be defective or to refund the purchase price.

Limitation of Liability

The Vitsab International shall not be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages based upon breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory.

The foregoing Warranty and Limited Remedy and Limitation of Liability may be changed only by a written agreement signed by authorized officers of the Vitsab International.
